Don Julio 1942 Añejo was first created in 2002 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Don Julio, and stands as a refined expression of tequila craftsmanship. Produced in the Añejo style, it is made from the finest piñas, double distilled and aged for 24 to 30 months in small oak barrels. Rich, sweet aromas of caramel and toffee are complemented by fresh vanilla notes and hints of cherry like red fruit.
