Emperor Rum Jubilee is crafted from an assembly of traditional rums produced by distilling pure, freshly pressed sugarcane juice and molasses. The expression is the result of a rigorous selection of distilled and aged batches, finished in 400-litre Cognac casks that previously held very old Cognac matured in a humid cellar.
This complex rum reveals notes of jammy tropical fruits combined with Bourbon vanilla, creating a rich and sophisticated flavour profile.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: For liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: fine not exceeding 10 penalty units
