Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition Irish Whiskey 700ml

Irish Pale Ale seasoned barrels were used to create Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition, a whiskey finished in IPA beer barrels to deliver crisp, floral and gently hoppy notes.

This expression was developed after maturing Jameson Irish Whiskey in Irish Pale Ale seasoned casks, resulting in what some at the Midleton Distillery describe as a new interpretation of the IPA style for whiskey drinkers.

Nose
Floral, herbal hop aromas with grapefruit citrus, orchard fruit, wood shavings and a gentle nuttiness.

Palate
Hop character and light citrus lead the way, supported by soft herbal sweetness and delicate spice.

Finish
Fresh fruit and hop notes linger before fading into barley grain and the signature smooth Jameson finish.
