Double distilled for exceptional smoothness, this expression moves away from rakija’s traditionally robust reputation and embraces a more contemporary and polished style. At 47% ABV, it remains bold, yet beautifully controlled.

Crafted from Australian grown single vineyard Shiraz grapes, Kabina Classic opens with complex grape aromas before unfolding into a rounded and layered palate with impressive depth. As with the entire Kabina Distilling range, only the wine is used in production, with the grape skins removed to create a smoother, more elegant texture and a remarkably lush mouthfeel.

Subtle notes of yeast and delicate grape derived botanicals add further intrigue, enhancing its complexity while maintaining balance.
