The Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a “new to world” Irish whiskey, born from a modern Ireland where bold, contemporary ideas meet traditional craftsmanship. While it honours Irish heritage, it invites drinkers to go beyond convention and create a new story.

Made in the traditional way from barley distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is matured and finished in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It opens with a rich and complex bouquet of fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge and cloves. On the palate, intense spice and peppery notes emerge, beautifully balanced with soft toffee, culminating in a long, warm, and richly spiced finish.
