Gold Bar Cask Collection 820 Release Bourbon

Crafted in collaboration with a Texas based distillery, the Gold Bar Whisky Cask Collection 820 Release is a straight bourbon whisky that undergoes double cask maturation in used French oak wine barrels sourced from the Napa Valley.

This grain to glass expression is aged for three to six years in new American oak barrels. The Gold Bar Cask Collection 820 Release uses a unique mash bill consisting of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye, and is triple copper pot distilled.

The nose reveals notes of maple, toffee and caramel layered with spicy rye and vanilla. The palate delivers bold rye character followed by toasted cinnamon and rich tobacco, leading to a soft, buttery finish with hints of cherry and sweet fruit. This bourbon carries bold flavour alongside the award winning smoothness that Gold Bar is known for.

The Gold Bar Bourbon Cask Collection 820 Release is further matured by the sea air of San Francisco Bay on Treasure Island.
