Jack Daniel's distinctive character comes from refining freshly distilled whiskey through a “mellowing” process, where the spirit is filtered drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. The whisky is then matured in American oak barrels for a minimum of four years before being bottled one barrel at a time as a single expression.

Each single barrel release may vary in flavour profile, ranging from soft spice to a fuller, more robust character. Best enjoyed neat or served chilled over ice.
