Metaxa 7 Stars is a generous Greek spirit, with the seven stars representing its seven years of ageing. This delicate yet bold expression offers pronounced floral notes, marmalade and ripe plum fruit, gently lifted by a touch of black pepper, giving it plenty of character to enjoy.

Produced by Metaxa, Metaxa 7 Stars is crafted from a blend of three key elements. The foundation is a double pot still brandy distilled from wines made using Savatiano, Soultanina and Korinthiakos grape varieties, aged for a minimum of seven years in Limousin oak casks. This is combined with aged aromatic Muscat wines from the Aegean islands of Samos, Greece and Lemnos, Greece, along with a carefully guarded infusion of Mediterranean herbs and May rose petals. The final blend is married in oak barrels for a further year before being chill filtered and bottled.

Old gold in colour, it reveals delicate fruity aromas followed by full, balanced flavours. Its fruity and generous character is best enjoyed neat, over ice or in cocktails.
