Glendalough Rose Gin 700ml

This fresh, rose petal gin was originally created to honour the head distiller’s mother, Rose, for his younger brother’s wedding. Following her passing, the gin was crafted as a way to symbolically have her present in spirit, reflected quite literally through the spirit itself.

Carefully tended roses from her garden are gently vapour distilled alongside wild mountain roses and native plants gathered from the hills surrounding the distillery, creating an intensely floral gin profile.

After distillation, the gin is further infused with additional rose petals to deepen the flavour and achieve its delicate pink hue.

This is far more than a typical pink gin; the depth and complexity of character must be experienced to be fully appreciated. Fragrant, floral and beautifully layered, it is among the distillery’s most intriguing and accomplished gins, born from extensive experimentation with botanicals, fruit, spices and flowers.
