Pumori Small Batch Indian Gin 750ml

This all-natural gin is made using Himalayan juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom, coriander seeds, liquorice, nutmeg, rosemary, aniseed, cinnamon, almond and vanilla. What sets it apart is the name, beginning with Pumori, which draws its inspiration from the Himalayas, where Mount Pumori forms part of the Himalayan mountain range, often known as the daughter of the Himalayas. The juniper used in this gin also comes from these mountain ranges, making it a genuine tribute to these majestic mountains.

The founder had a vision to use only ingredients that are indigenous to India, creating a spirit that reflects Indian culture through a single liquid. This labour of love was built from scratch in Goa, starting with a two litre still. After multiple trials and adjustments, a twenty litre batch was produced, eventually leading to the creation of a two hundred litre artisanal still. Another interesting detail is that the bottle shape was inspired by the traditional glass school water flasks of the past.
