Method and Madness Single Grain Irish Whiskey is matured in virgin Spanish oak, a combination that brings gentle wood spice alongside the natural sweetness of the grain, with notes of freshly peeled grapefruit, sweet cereal and clove on the finish. This expression is available exclusively at Vintage Cellars.

Method and Madness produces an innovative range of small batch whiskies created through collaboration between masters and apprentices, combining curiosity and creativity, known as “The Madness”, with the tradition and expertise rooted in experience at Midleton Distillery, referred to as “The Method”. This whiskey is the first single grain expression of its kind for Irish Distillers Ltd.
