Togouchi 15 Years Old Blended Japanese Whisky 700ml

This is a blended whisky from Chugoku Jozo, where the spirit is matured in a tunnel rather than a traditional warehouse. The tunnel maintains a constant temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, while the cellar at the distillery headquarters in Hatsukaichi is slightly warmer.

The whisky is nutty and spicy, with a delightful butterscotch mouthfeel. On the palate, it reveals notes of vanilla sweetness and a subtle peatiness with hints of iodine, finishing with hazelnuts and chocolate.
