Curado Tequila is produced by using a highland blanco tequila from Jalisco as a base, before infusing the spirit with pieces of cooked agave. The project originally began using Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, but later expanded to include other agave varieties from across Mexico, reflecting a philosophy of cultural connection. The aim of Curado is to build bridges between traditions rather than create barriers.

Curado Tequila Blanco, Agave Cocido Infusion, presents both floral and herbal characteristics alongside smoky, earthy agave notes, finished with a gentle hint of floral sweetness.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: For liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: fine not exceeding 10 penalty units
