Baker’s is the second of four super-premium bourbons in Jim Beam’s “Small Batch Bourbon Collection.” Crafted from a mash bill of 77 % corn, 13 % rye and 10 % malted barley, a recipe favoured by Baker Beam, the grand-nephew of Jim Beam, this whiskey also uses a special strain of jug yeast, contributing to a silky texture that remains consistent from batch to batch.
