Since 1984, the Master Distillers at Midleton Distillery have drawn on exceptional attention to detail, a passion for quality whiskey and outstanding craftsmanship to create the pinnacle of Irish whiskey, their annual vintage release.
The Midleton Very Rare 2023 Vintage Release is the latest chapter in this celebrated collection and bears the signature of Master Distiller Kevin O'Gorman. After months of exploration, he selected a balanced blend of rare, hand chosen single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys drawn from the exclusive Midleton inventory to craft this exceptional expression.
The whiskey was matured in lightly charred, ex bourbon American oak barrels, delivering a luxurious aroma and decadent flavour profile. Its scent, palate and finish are designed to delight both those new to the Midleton Very Rare collection and seasoned collectors alike, guiding the drinker through a refined and engaging exploration of flavour.
