To source the finest French oak Grenache wine casks in the country, we travelled directly to the Clarendon region of McLaren Vale, where the climate is reminiscent of the Mediterranean and Grenache thrives in the fertile soils of the New World.
Elegant and complex, this single malt whisky reveals aromas of citrus blossom orchards and Valencia oranges, reminiscent of the streets of Spain. On the palate, notes of peaches, nectarines and sugared almonds unfold, alongside cinnamon and white chocolate, before developing into five spice, nutmeg and a gentle hint of white pepper. A Tasmanian single malt whisky crafted to truly lift the spirits.
