Sullivans Cove represents the quintessential small batch luxury whisky. Distilled with conviction in Hobart, Tasmania, this single malt is handcrafted using traditional methods and 100% Tasmanian ingredients.

To create this multi award winning whisky, the team selects only the finest American oak bourbon casks, which impart rich flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit and robust oak character. Each barrel is unique, yielding only a few hundred bottles of exceptional quality. Every time another American oak cask is opened, it adds a new chapter to the Sullivans Cove story.
