The Lark Rare Cask Series Tokay forms part of the Rare Cask Series, which celebrates Tasmanian whisky through a relentless pursuit of the exceptionally rare and overlooked. The series reflects a global search for remarkable casks, bringing together heritage and craftsmanship in every release.

Inspired by the hidden elegance of the jazz age, this special single malt is finished in barrels of Seppeltsfield museum Tokay, containing a precious parcel from the 1922 vintage. Very few will have the opportunity to experience this extraordinarily rare and refined whisky, which blends history and character in a single expression.

Produced by Lark Distilling Co., this release carries notes of manuka honey, mocha and honeycomb, leading to a signature Tokay iced tea inspired finish.

Nose
Manuka honey drizzled over raisins, almonds and toffee.

Palate
Creamy coffee fudge on the opening, followed by apricot conserve and developing honeycomb sweetness.

Finish
Long and warming complexity with muscovado sugar and iced tea character.
