Casa Maestri Distillery is the flagship distillery and brand founded by Celia Maestri, located in the heart of the Tequila region of Jalisco, surrounded by expansive blue agave fields. The distillery has become one of the most respected producers in the region, creating high quality tequila and spirits using traditional production methods alongside environmentally responsible practices.

The distillery is strongly committed to sustainability, employing eco friendly techniques such as recycling water for irrigation, composting agave waste and generating electricity through solar power. Its dedication to quality and environmental stewardship has earned numerous accolades, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a silver medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition.

The Reserva de MFM 100% Agave Tequila range reflects the culture, romance and heritage of Mexico, drawing inspiration from traditions such as charrería, mariachi music and the rich history of Mexican craftsmanship. The tequila is produced using traditional methods, with seven year old blue agave cooked in old fashioned stone brick ovens.

The Blanco expression is unaged and delivers a medium length finish. The aroma presents fruity, floral and gently herbaceous notes, alongside cooked agave character and a subtle minerality. On the palate it is smooth and peppery, with a gentle sweetness and hints of tropical fruit.

The brand’s distinctive colourful ceramic bottles are handcrafted works of art, designed by Celia Maestri and ceramic artist Oscar Reynoso Becerra from Guadalajara, Jalisco. The flavour profile of the tequila was developed collaboratively by Michael Maestri and renowned tequila expert Ana María Romero. This product is certified Kosher, gluten free and low in carbohydrates.
