Olive Leaf Gin is a savoury expression five years in the making. Textural and bright in character, it is perfectly suited to a Martini or a gin and tonic. This gin is crafted using three varieties of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea sourced from the renowned groves of Cobram Estate in Victoria.

Botanicals such as rosemary and bay leaf evoke the Mediterranean, although they are grown in Cam’s own garden, while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle lend a distinctly modern Australian character.
