Established in the Barossa in 1851, Seppeltsfield is renowned for its exceptional fortified wines and rich heritage. Synonymous with luxury for more than a century, this collaboration is a fitting tribute to Lark’s 30th anniversary. The anniversary set also includes a 100ml bottle of Seppeltsfield 1992 Para Liqueur.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Hints of Lapsang Souchong, with berry custard and scorched nuts, followed by new leather and pipe tobacco.

Palate: Light wisps of smoke give way to spiced blackcurrant crumble, heather honey and dark chocolate.

Finish: Rich, earthy peat and toasted barley linger, supported by a long, sticky oak sweetness from the Para 1992 casks.
