Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos region, situated at more than 2,000 metres above sea level and known for its mineral rich volcanic red earth, locally called tierra roja, together with a unique microclimate. These conditions help support the cultivation of the highest quality blue agave, which Olmeca Altos uses to produce its award winning tequila. The tequila is aged for six to eight months in ex bourbon barrels. Please note that bottle numbers vary across the range.
