This expression is an homage to everything that thrives under the cover of night. It is a vibrant blend of flavour, floral character and aroma, where the colour shift ignites with luminous brilliance when mixed.

The bootlegger’s bouquet combines cold distilled pink lady apple with native blood lime and rare red juniper. Black goji berry, clove and hibiscus shape the mid palate, while sandalwood nut provides body and mouthfeel, and honeybush extends the finish. This is the brand’s most baroque and elaborate creation to date.
