St Remy Signature 700ml

St‑Rémy (brand) Signature is the latest creation from Master Blender Cécile Roudaut. With this blend, she sought to give brandy a new expression by exploring innovative production methods and aromatic profiles, while remaining faithful to St-Rémy’s traditional smooth style.

This expression is produced using a double maturation process. The first maturation takes place in new oak casks made from Quercus Petraea, featuring a fine grain and toasted using medium to high heat. These casks contribute spicy, indulgent and vibrant notes. The second maturation occurs in traditional Quercus Robur casks with a coarser grain, toasted using high heat, which helps develop roundness, balance and sweetness, and reinforces the distinctive character of this brandy.

The result is a smooth and fruity taste with perfect harmony, making it ideal for classic brandy cocktails or creative serves.
