Togouchi Pure Malt Japanese Whisky 700ml

A new creation from Chugoku Jozo, Togouchi Pure Malt is a blend of single malts imported from several distilleries, then aged, blended and bottled in Japan.

This whisky is only very lightly peated and offers a pleasantly rich nose with notes of vanilla, chocolate and ripe apricot, complemented on the palate by fresh cream flavours while the subtle peat character gradually emerges. The finish reveals hints of bitter cocoa and hazelnut, with peat slowly fading into the background.

Togouchi Pure Malt surprises with its strong character, achieved through the careful selection of sherry and bourbon casks used to mature the single malts for between 3 and 9 years.
